OUR HISTORY
AI & Post-COVID recovery
The post-COVID climate for businesses and creatives, along with the cost of living, has made life in general very difficult for low income creatives and entrepreneurs, particularly those coming from underprivileged, underrepresented backgrounds.
There are huge contributions made to UK arts & culture by individuals and small businesses from these backgrounds, but there are also significant issues with ownership, consistency, mental health and exploitation.
The world of work is changing. Life is evolving at a dizzying pace more often having a negative impact on the economy and the wellbeing of creatives and professionals alike.
Our growing team
Our team are professionals from the music, tech and creative industries who are focused on building relationships and developing strategies to increase the productivity and quality of creative projects.
Our team manages the day to day operations of the organisation, facilitating events, podcasts and production, testing new ways of working – researching technologies, the creative economy and the effects on our environment, health and wellbeing.
